We have negotiated a very low and very special rate. Long Island is a more expensive area compared to the rest of the country and we did extremely well with this group rate. We did have to make some guarantees to get this rate. It is important that we make our minimums or the losses will come out of our operating budget. You can help by staying at the host hotel.

Above is an $89/per night Motel On Long Island. Wow . . . Away from the dumpster is an extra charge.
